Do you offer in-person or telehealth services?

I offer both! I have an office in Fresno to see in-person clients, and as long as you are located in the State of California, I can see you for a virtual session.

What days are you available for sessions?

I see clients Monday through Thursday. I have evening sessions available on a limited bases.

How long is a session and how often will I see you?

Sessions are typically 55 minutes long and scheduled weekly, or bi-weekly depending on the need. We can talk about what is best for you during our consultation.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, check, all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards. You can pay online through your patient portal or bring it with you.

How do I make an appointment?

We’ll start by scheduling a consultation call. This gives us a chance to see if we are a good fit. To do that, simply fill out the contact me page and I’ll get in touch with you to schedule the consultation.

What happens after I schedule my first appointment?

I will send you a link to some paperwork to fill out in a confidential client portal. You'll need to read, fill out and sign these documents prior to our first appointment.

What is your fee per session?

My fee is $150 for a 55 minute session billed on the say of session. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, meaning sessions cancelled less than 24 hours ahead of our session time will be charged the full fee.

Do you accept insurance?

I am currently in network with Aetna, Optum, and Cigna. However, I only offer 5 insurance spots for individuals using insurance and 3 for couples. When those spots are taken, I have a waitlist or am happy to offer referrals to other therapists. Use the Contact Me page to reach out if you’d like to know about open insurance spots. If you are out of network I automatically send out a monthly superbill to your email that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have out of out of network benefits.
